Proactive Support

Similar to cars, computers need regular maintenance to optimise their performance.  We implement a full Proactive service in the form of regular, scheduled onsite maintenance visits and remote checks where the users are not based in the office.

Over time, the performance of a computer will degrade through everyday use if not maintained. By performance, we mean stability, responsiveness and flexibility; all of which most users demand.

So... What do we check for as part of our service? And how long does it take?

  • Virus protection
  • Spyware protection
  • Microsoft Office Updates
  • Microsoft Windows Updates
  • Application updates
  • General PC health check including disk usage, disk fragmentation and disk clean-up

As we visit each user, we are able to get a complete picture of the overall state of your systems and provide you with feedback on your staff's satisfaction with the IT. If necessary, we will make recommendations for improvements.

We'll need no more than 15 minutes at each system to perform a complete sweep.
