Since then we have worked hard to improve our internal processes and procedures to make us an even better place to work and build a career.

Going into the review we were relatively confident that we could meet the requirements of the new standard, but we had no idea exactly how well our approach would be received by the assessor on the day.

We were extremely pleased and surprised to find that not only have we met all of the requirements to be re-recognised as an Investor, but that we had exceeded the requirements in every area, reaching, in the words of the assesor, "world-class" levels is many of the categories.

Our assessor has even gone as far as to recommended that we be considered as a possible Investors in People Champion!
