Vintage Travel Technical Support
Vintage Travel is a Cambridgeshire based company that sells holidays in privately-owned villas especially in Spain and also in Europe. Originally a small family-run business, they now employ over 20 people and as they expanded, they drafted us in to support their IT.
They have approximately 20 client systems in a client/server environment, running Microsoft Windows XP Professional and Microsoft Windows Vista Business Edition operating systems. The server is a Dell PowerEdge 2800 running Microsoft Windows Small Business Server 2003.

Following the ctm installation of a Microsoft Small Business Server 2003 and the migration from the older Windows NT Domain, we now maintain the Vintage Travel systems. Uptime is very important for Vintage Travel as the line of business application is web-based and bookings are processed in real-time.
Our team of Technicians take issues reported via phone, email, fax and face-to-face and provide reactive support for these issues. Good lines of communication are essential and the phone is manned by a ctm Technician from 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday. Vintage Travel get straight through first time, every time!
